#AliveWithBeauty is a Web3 campaign developed for Shiseido in collaboration with CULT LDN, marking the brand’s 150-year heritage through a contemporary digital lens. The project explored how emerging technologies could extend Shiseido’s legacy while creating new connections between brand, creativity, and community through an NFT-based programme.
At the core of the campaign was AI used as a co-creation tool. A limited series of digital artworks was generated through language models informed by beauty, culture, and innovation, drawing on words and ideas contributed by five female leaders across the beauty and technology industries. Each artwork was then refined by CULT’s creative team and applied to 150 NFT tokens, formed using Shiseido's monogram the Japanese camellia - grounding the digital system in heritage while translating it into a contemporary, AI-assisted visual language.
